Terms and
Conditions

Last updated: 3 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions explain the basis on which you may use shuffleavenue.com and interact with ShuffleAvenue in connection with its dining and Card Lounge experiences. They are intended to make the practical boundaries of the website and in-person setting clear.

They are written to help visitors understand respectful participation as dining moves into an evening Card Lounge setting. Offline poker means social, face-to-face play by real people around physical poker tables; it is not digital or online play. These terms are not an offer, booking confirmation or guarantee that a particular experience will be available.

Acceptance and website use

Acceptance of terms

By using shuffleavenue.com, you indicate that you accept these Terms and Conditions. They apply to your use of the website and to associated interactions with ShuffleAvenue where these terms are relevant. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. Using the site does not require an account and these terms do not create a purchase arrangement simply because you browse information or send an enquiry.

Lawful and respectful use

Please use the website lawfully and in a way that respects ShuffleAvenue, other visitors and the systems that make the site available. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the operation of the site, misuse contact routes, introduce harmful material or use the site in a misleading, disruptive or rights-infringing way.

This is a practical standard rather than an exhaustive list. If you communicate with ShuffleAvenue through the site or by email, the same expectation of accuracy and respectful conduct applies.

Information on the site

Website material is provided as general information and may be updated, corrected or removed as details change. This can include information about dining, menus, the Card Lounge, poker tables and poker nights. Although ShuffleAvenue aims to present useful material, it does not promise that every detail will always be current, complete or available for a planned visit.

Where a detail is important to your plans, obtain direct confirmation before relying on it. General wording, imagery or references on the website should not be treated as an assurance of a particular venue arrangement, table or session.

Face-to-face play

Dining, Card Lounge and offline poker conduct

ShuffleAvenue’s offline poker context is real people gathering together around physical poker tables in a social Card Lounge environment. It is not digital or online play. References to a poker room, poker sessions, live tables, poker nights or Texas Hold’em describe possible forms of in-person programming and remain subject to direct confirmation.

Respect for people, staff and space

Dining and offline poker take place in a shared social environment. Guests are expected to treat other diners, players, staff and the venue respectfully, and to follow reasonable directions provided on site. Disruptive, unsafe, abusive or discriminatory behaviour is not consistent with a welcoming face-to-face setting.

Please take reasonable care with tables, cards, furnishings and shared spaces. The aim is a comfortable environment in which people can dine, talk and participate with consideration for one another.

Session and table guidance

Practical directions, participation arrangements and venue guidance may apply to a particular live table, Texas Hold’em session or poker night. Guests should review and follow directions provided for that setting, including directions intended to support comfort, safety and orderly participation around physical poker tables.

Website references do not set out every arrangement that may apply at a particular time. If you are considering a specific session, seek clarification before making plans rather than assuming a format, schedule, capacity or other detail.

No guarantee of participation. Card Lounge or poker content on the site does not guarantee that a particular table, poker session or event will be available at a chosen time. If a specific experience matters to your plans, contact [email protected] for direct clarification.

Enquiries, bookings and venue communications

Enquiries are not confirmations

An enquiry, website message or general correspondence does not by itself confirm an arrangement. This applies to dining, poker tables, live tables and poker nights. A confirmation depends on a direct response or specific communication from ShuffleAvenue that addresses the arrangement in question.

General website content and a preliminary exchange may help you explore an experience, but they should not be treated as an individually confirmed arrangement. If you need certainty about a proposed visit, wait for direct clarification that relates to your enquiry.

Accurate information from guests

When making an enquiry or communicating with ShuffleAvenue, please provide information that is accurate and current. Correct contact information helps a response reach the intended person and helps avoid misunderstandings about the subject of an enquiry.

Keep your message focused on the information needed for a response. Privacy matters are addressed separately in the Privacy Policy, rather than in these terms.

Venue information can change

Menus, dining details, Card Lounge programming, Texas Hold’em references, poker sessions and live-table information may be updated or altered. Not every experience will necessarily run or be available at every time. Obtain direct confirmation where a detail is important to a planned visit.

You can use the contact page or email [email protected] if you need clarification about information shown on the website.

05 / Legal framework

Liability, changes and severability

Reasonable limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ShuffleAvenue is not responsible for loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on general website material or independently controlled third-party content. Website information is intended to assist visitors, but it may change and should not replace direct confirmation where a detail is important to a planned visit or interaction.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. This clause should be read in that balanced way and does not reduce protections required by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

ShuffleAvenue may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version is displayed on this page and is identified by its last-updated date. The current visible document date is Last updated: 3 September 2026.
